How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders will ship within two weeks of being processed. We will notify you in the case of a stock shortage or other issue.

Do you offer store pickup?
We no longer offer store pickup as an option due to the number of orders which were never picked up. As an alternative, we have reduced shipping charges from $15 to $7.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us and you will receive a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I get custom gear for my crew?
Yes! If you would like additional custom embroidery or printing on any of the items you see in the BYC store please give us a call, send an e-mail, or come see us in person.

Do you have samples in your showroom?
We have samples of many of the products available here on the webstore in our showroom. If you are interested in sampling a specific item or size, please contact us before stopping in.

Do you ship internationally?
Simply stated, no, we do not. Due to the nature of shipping internationally and having to deal with customs, we can't guarantee any sort of delivery date as products are held as long as necessary. If you do want to ship internationally, please contact us via email and we can make some sort of arrangement, but we can not guarantee any internationally shipped orders through our carriers.
